Definitely fortunate. I'm still listening to the Pens radio with Espn trying their best to push women's NCAA basketball in the background and a couple agenda commercials....Time to finish my beer with a rerun of King of the Hill

Best team in the NHL they said. 30 year anniversary they said. Breaking out the Nordique unis they said....

Then the game happened. I was expecting the Aves to jump out to a lead in the first, and the Pens not be able to pull this one out against that team.

Silovs was outstanding. Geno Machino lol. Was that not the best return from anyone who has been suspended, in Pens history?

What stood out to me was the way they could handle the Aves speed through the neutral zone, and get back defensively.

The Aves had chances, but the Pens made it hard on them just about every shift.

Gotta love this team and the way they are playing. Sid was up in the box watching probably thinking "when I get back this might get pretty good......"
