Jacksonville played more than well enough to win. Its just never enough. When they got the fumble off of White they needed to dial up some aggressive play calling to go for the throat. Also in 3rd and 18 they needed to bring a giant heater. Huge mistake. 1 ****** penalty. 4 or 5 that mattered against pitt, Tenn and Jax. Enough said.

There were "late" penalties in the **** game, but they were meaningless and Tennessee had long figured out there was no ******' way the refs were going to let them compete in that game.
