Pats fans are melting down

The Ertz TD was not even a close call. I really wanted to punch Collinsworth in the mouth for stirring the pot on that one. You'd have to be blind or stupid not to call that a TD.

The other one probably could have gone either way but there was really no good camera shot of the ball. Just not enough to overturn it.

The thought of Patriots fans feeling like they've been robbed of a game by the refs fills me with glee. Wallow in it losers.

Ertz had 3 feet down and then lunged into the EZ. He wasn't going to the ground and dove on his own on the 3rd step. TD happened when he broke the plane in this case.

Anyone who thinks that there's even a possibility that Ertz didn't score a TD there, doesn't know jack **** about football (i.e. Chris Collinsworth, of course he was just being a Pats homer so....). He took 4 goddamn steps after catching it which makes him a RUNNER. When he lunges across the goal line, it's a done deal. Play Over. Collinsworth sounded like a ******* moron who has never been around a football game trying to justify some sort of controversy on that play. It wasn't even close to controversial.

Collinsworth did change his mind on this one after the break. He also did not say the cooks hit was dirty. He said cooks was a runner so the defenseless/h2h rules don't apply. The other catch was close and could have definitely gone either way. In my opinion, the guy caught the ball in the EZ and got 2 feet down. He was not going to the ground so the juggle didn't matter at that point. I also feel that if he were on the end line and caught the ball and juggled it after he stepped out it would have been overturned. I think the refs got the calls correct

Their whining can be a bit of a mirror we can all look into. No ones giving the Patriots any sympathy for losing one of a jillion super bowls they've played in recently, just like how no ones sympathetic to Steeler fans when they get knocked out of the playoffs yet again, or lose the super bowl. I'm sure Browns and Lions fans would encourage us all to cry them a river.

he stated that on the Cooks hit after they came back from commercial break...before the break he was talking about that sure looks like H2H to me..

Right, but he did correct himself or someone corrected him....The point still stands that he stated the correct rule / analysis.

Also he said plenty of good things about the eagles and what not you guys on here are so biased or just pick and choose certain things without looking at the whole picture. Personally i can not stand collinsworth, but he was no where near as biased or incorrect as people make it seem. When a QB throws for over 500 yrds in a SB that is a big deal and a pretty remarkable stat which deserves to be talked about no matter who the QB is

My buddy texts me (the pats fan born in the burgh) that the refs missed a illegal contact on the last play. I told him I couldn't be sorry for their loss.

But it shows you no matter how lopsided the flags are the fans have a short memory. And look for anything to blame for their loss.

No the pats lost because the were outplayed and out-coached.

Pats fans whining about illegal contact is like the thieves from Oceans 11 complaining that someone stole a dime off of them....

So is First Take A Smith all over Bill I Cheat not playing Malcom to the point he would be hard pressed to play for Bill and the Pats. Pointing out other players he loves as their thoughts of the decision. Today is just priceless with all the finger pointing.

Yeah, all these Pats fans commented on my reply of Brady winning the MVP and all I said is Brady wouldn’t have been voted in the top 3 if the fans voted. AB, Bell, Gurley, Wentz I feel all were better choices. Anyways, after the game I posted some funny memes in reply and all I got back was silence.

I feel the game was a close microscope. I think the league was very happy to have tge Pats in it, but if they won fishy it would have looked extremely bad. I thought Ertz was good. Tge other one at the back of tge endzone was iffy.

Decided to give one of their fan sites a quick peek and I kid you not there was some Pats fan on there wondering how he could ever get over this loss, how depressed he was, blah blah blah. Now so many of those pricks know how we feel as fans of the Steelers watching their cheating ***** get preferential treatment from the league. Karma's a ***** :peace:

Massholes

I truly believe thats why both of those calls went to the Eagles...

The league knew if those calls went the other way...it would set off a fire-storm in the media and with the fans...ALL fans, not just Philly fan.

No, they're really not. When it's proven that thier team is cheating pieces of trash, they laugh because they know it's true. Then they accuse everybody of being "jealous". **** them, they're the most arrogant, bandwagon ******** in all of fandom.

Every single one of them is a MASShole
