I didn't root FOR the Pats to win. I rooted FOR the Chargers to lose.

I simply just didn't care. There are three more weeks of games to be played that will have just as much impact, if not more than this one. Whether we are the 6th seed or the 5th seed in week 14 is irrelevant when the division is still up for grabs.
