Packers beat Lions on a Hail Mary (after a BS facemask call)

This was a case of totally understandable human error. If you guys are so pissed about this and want the system to change, why am I the only person on the planet who thinks baseball should have balls and strikes called electronically? I mean, every game shows that even the best umpires are wrong at least 10% of the time, yet baseball fans seem to like "the human element."

I'm pro robo umpires. Tennis has been using the fault Robot for 40+ years or so. Yet we let fat men mangle the strike zone

...Jim Caldwell did put one of the best ballskill players in the league on the field to help defend a Hail Mary, right?

Uh, no (I detect tongue-in-cheek there).

Johnson was nowhere to be found - except on the sideline. Ansah wasn't in on the play, either.

There are other reasons, of course, but Caldwell probably lost his job on that play.

Just another reason to unplug the NFLame. Mobbed up bullshit. The refs cannot be this bad...it's in the design.

"Red Lives Matter too" I'm sure there is a place for them too, in the "BIG MONEY" culture.

The Packers had all 5 eligible receivers running verticals. The Lions only had 6 defenders back there with them --- that is a giant ****-up. You can't coach "defend a Hail Mary" any worse than that.

The local media here in Detroit has been thrashing Caldwell all week about it. Reason being that he said the lions coaches didn't anticipate Green Bay to throw a Hail Mary and that he believed they were going to hook and ladder a million times. Is it possible there's another coach more dense than shades?
