On to the Seachickens - week 2 pregame Seattle at Pittsburgh

Roman Wilson wasnt targeted Sunday and im not even sure made it to the field. I would say they definitely need to consider Tyrese hill as an option (assuming no legal issues pending) because clearly Roman Wilson is appearing more and more like hes not it. No other competent WR (that I know of) has taken this long to make an impact, or contribution of this type to his team especially at the position he was drafted.
Wilson is in his 1st season because MT gave up on him after the injury last year. This year he is playing WR3/4 at the moment. That role is not normally going to see many targets in a regular O, even less opportunities with the TE’s they are going to roll with. It is WAAAAAAAAAAAY to early to evaluate Wilson.

When given the chance in preseason he stepped up, I will withhold any judgment until he at least gets an honest opportunity.

For phuqs sake, it has been one game and all you Karens’s are bitchen about guys that are in essence starting their first games.

Jones is effectively starting over at LT because the idiot in charge chose not to play him where you drafted him to play. Give him a bit of time to get settled. We also know that MT does not make in game adjustments, so Jones wasn’t going to get help when it showed he may need it for a period of time. Maybe we will see that help this week, likely not, but just maybe.

They currently have a few options to step up to the #2 receiver position. Personally I could care less what position ends up bring the #2. Hell, I don’t even care if it changes every game, as that would be even harder to plan for defensively. DK is the current big threat, but they don’t need a WR2 on paper if ANY of the others on the field fill that role each week.

What disturbs me about rhe coaching decisions this past Sunday was short of a blind squirrel everyone could see Broderick Jones was getting beat like drum time and again.
Yes he was, Tomlin makes a plan and doesn’t make changes to it during the game. Maybe the plan will be different this week.
Was he replaced by another lineman? NO!
That would be an illegal in game adjustment
Was he given a tight end like Mount Washington to help him out? NO!
See above
And don’t tell me it didn’t hurt Aaron Rodgers.
Damn sure didn’t help
I blame poor coaching.
