On to Denver...

Said to my son yesterday if he became a cap casualty I d sign him in a heartbeat. Perfect third that they need pretty bad.

Too bad we couldn't keep him. We were polluted with really good wide receivers at the time, and he wanted a bigger role, and to start. The days of "Young Money"

For the love of all things good DO NOT SLEEP on denver... they may have a losing record but they are not a bad team.

They came within a touchdown in both of their matchups with the chiefs... they lost to the Rams by a field goal, they just knocked off the Chargers, and they will be playing for their football playoff lives at home this week... every game from here on out has unique pitfalls, but this is the easiest one to outright overlook

Not discounting anything you said.... the Rams have had their share of one score games — it’s not like they’ve been destroying everyone.

That said, remember that playing Division games, it’s always more competitive games. Denver is tough place to play — I’m confident because this team doesn’t seem to have that overlook opponents habit we’ve seen in past

Doesn't matter, they're not losing another game this year.
Looking back at the KC game in week 2, the Steelers lost by one score in a mediocre effort (IMHO); the team has improved significantly in all phases since then.
The Rats loss? They played terribly and the Rats really haven't threatened anyone since except beating Marvin Lewis' inept preparation and Hughie Jackson's failures.
The Patriots and the Saints will be the challenges. We just watched the Steelers sleepwalk through 3 quarters of Offensive football but benefitted from a Defense that kept the Jags out of the end zone and shut down their running game providing the opportunity needed to fight back and put some points on the board.
This is definitely not that team that lost to the juggernaut Chiefs.
The Steelers need to win those games "they should" i.e. Broncos, Bolts, Ray-duhs and the (you know the'll try to be spoilers) Bengals.
But the Pattys and Saints will define the Steelers as legit contenders.

Denver is pass rush capable. I think you get back to the run game in this one. And sprinkle in play action passing.

I hope Gilbert and Tuitt is back....

Saints may be resting starters when they play us...

Denver has had their foot up our *** since 1970. With a few exceptions, Denver has been a house of horrors for us.

Yes, so do they game plan to stack the box to limit Conner or put a spy on #30?
Hope so, that leaves holes in coverage.

They lack the personnel to spy. They would get exposed. They have to sell out to stop the run, leaving lanes open for JuJu, AB, and Ol McDonald

Can't imagine being surrounded by so many *****.

I find your lack of vision disturbing.

the most memorbale game in the Mile High will always be that playoff game we smashed them on our way to the SB in 05/06. I want a repeat!

For me, it's still 1984 where the Steelers trapped the **** outta the D and won w/Malone. Not that there's a **** ton more of great memories as they've only beaten the Broncos 3x in the playoffs as opposed to 5 losses.

Can't imagine being surrounded by so many *****.

I have been doing it for years, the majority of them are great people. Always have a great time.

WoW a 10-HIT scenario..............................................................

Salute the nation

Lets hope Tomlin does not give them a week off and that someone gets the point across the embarrassment for almost three quarters in Jacksonville.
