Olsavsky is gone

With the Curry hire, Olsavsky is gone as ILB assistant. Can't say it's a surprise since our ILB's have not been very good. We are net losing assistants and still no passing game coordinator to assist our biggest need, Canaduh. The next coaching move will probably be Tomlin getting an extension.

Agree about the move with Jerry O. A lot of failed ILB projects, though the lack of staff members is curious and we’ll see how many they replace.

Wish Olsavsky well but these are the kind of changes a lot of us have been hoping for. He's been coaching since 2010 and has had ILBs since 2015. Besides Shazier that position has been mostly an F imo.

Not really… only after Shazier did the position crash… and really he developed 7th round pick Vince williams into a starter.. it was the retread vet misfits that sunk most of the past four or five seasons… Barron, Bostic, Shobert…i mean Bush was the guy who forced that… but its not like tgese guys are tearing it up elsewhere
