You mustn't have seen his contract. No need to extend him. He's signed through 2021. It's essentially a year to year contract with no dead money if he is cut at any time.

Really an ideal contract for an injury plagued player.

That's what i'm foreseeing as well. That stuff sticks around...especially with McDonald. The guy STAYS hurt.
Sounds like we need to make a move at TE and draft one early next year.
 
I am icing my left arch with a frozen ortho roller. Had one steroid injection directly deep into the arch a week ago. I still do treadmill every day, but soon as I stop, the arch cools down and nearly locks up. First steps in the morning are a *****, nevermind having to take a piss at night. I just received new custom orthotics and they have made a huge difference, almost overnight. Of course most of summer sucked. The key is to keep moving, keep the foot loose. As soon as you stop for any length of time, your screwed.

I didn't see it. Had no idea he was signed for that long. I could swear he came on board with a 2 year contract not a 5 year contract. He has to go after this year if he doesn't play in at least 12 games and the entire playoffs.
 
McDonald fired the team up then he or the plan went MIA. Even if the Ravens covered him JJ or someone had to be open

I like McDonald. He's becoming a legit weapon and someone who seems to give a much needed spark.

The emotion was not sustained sadly
