Official prediction thread.* Steelers vs Patriots.

Reality bites, Tomlin week of BS, now has Burns with first team on Wednesday, demotes Hunter for one play, Now add Belicheck embarrassed on last play last week and losing, Brady steaming. Throw in all the sports media as A Smith and his one side rants can this get any worse before a game that Tomlin has been out coached out played for as long s most can remember. NE 31-10
 
The more I think about this game, the more I think 0-4 in the last four games is going to happen. The NFL is full of surprises, as they say on any given Sunday. But the cheaters have our number and are coming off a shocking loss on the last play of the game.

The pass rush needs to play well. Otherwise Brady will rip apart this poorly coached defense.
 
OK im back. When I pick the Steelers we lose, when I pick our opponent we win. When I make sarcastic predictions we win. When I don't pick we lose. So . . . .I think I got this.

In order to win, as with most of our games, the O needs to score early and often. If we don't put up 40 in this game, I really see no way our D can hold them for the W. Since I never pick against the Steelers.

We start slow, act surprised a football game is going on, as they drive down to score on the opening drive. We go 3 and out back to back to back. 21-0 by end on first. We get some momentum, score before half and Boz misses extra point. We drive after halftime, Boz misses a 41 yard field goal. We score in garbage time. Since we left no stone unturned at the lab, we played the exact same as we've always played and Boz is 1-3 on extra points and 1-2 on field goals, including a miss in garbage time to end the game because why not kick a field goal with 4 seconds left and down by 20 points, right Tomlin?

I’d put $500 on the Patriots so I’d have some consolation afterwards, but with my luck they’d win while failing to cover.

I imagine it will be the same as always unless somehow we can get pressure up the middle. If not, Brady will torch the secondary like he always does.

I don’t recall ever seeing the Steelers with a 2 DT formation, not since the Noll era anyway, and I doubt inside blitzes will work with any consistency.
 
I give the Steelers a 10 percent chance. Ben will have to be near flawless to be close. They will destroy our 5 to 10 yard zones. **** I don't even give the Steelers a 10 percent chance.
