Sarge was last week's winner. I had to work and didn't get home until the middle of the 4th quarter but had DVR'd the game. When I turned on my DVR, I realized that for some reason it didn't record the game. Irritated, I turned the game on live and saw that we were losing 31 - 3. Never been happier for a DVR fail. This team for the last 4 years has been snake bitten with two things, neither named Tomlin - injured starters and lack of quality depth. It seems the Carolina game, the young guys and new starters were taking a step, then bam, the losses of Ike, Jarvis, and Shazier happened. Now, couple that with crappy coaching and we're in for a long season. Ben will be running for his life this week.

JJ Watt 24, six sacks, 2 TDS, one FF and one "Nice to meet you Bruce".

Steelers continue their trend of winning every other week.

Lack of quality depth...interesting...I wonder why that might be...

Tomlin has lost the team and the players just don't care.

Deja vu all over again.
Steelers 10
Texans 31

Steelers: 28
The team that should be called the Oilers: 21

Things that will happen:
We will run the ball effectively and hit 150+yds rushing.
Ben will hit on 2 deep throws.
Ben will get sacked 4 times.
We will not be able to get off the field on 3rd down in the 4th quarter and that will give me stress.

I don't see the Texans scoring that many points. Their QB stinks. I know, I know, our D sometimes makes bad QBs look good, but I don't think that happens. If our D can somehow contain Arian Foster, and put them into must-pass situations, especially at the end of the game, we win. Hopefully Ben doesn't get killed. Regardless of where Watt lines up, it will be a horrible mismatch. If we double him, someone will likely be running free up the middle at Ben. Best to get the running game going as much as possible. Play-action maybe? It's not rocket surgery.

Steelers, 19-17, we get 4 FGs and their smelly QB throws one into the ground on 4th down at the end.

I'm thinking we may actually pull one out if some of the rookies are playing. But it will be ugly and may go into overtime. Steelers 24 Texans 21

Tomlin has lost the team and the players just don't care.
Possibly. If they lose this one, put a fork in it.

Let's not get carried away with picking the Texans. Yes, they have Watt. But they also have Fitzpatrick.

Steelers 24, Texans 16.

On the bright side, I do have the feeling Archer will return a kick past the 20 yard line though.

Guaranteed victory Steeler Nation!

Those baffing men of mediocrity will feel their oats, and trend favorably in this epic battle against the Houston Watts....

Steelers - 9
Watts - 8

I actually expect the Steelers will win this one.

Sadly that will empower them to not face any of the issues that are eating at the rotten core of Denmark right now.

Will never bet against my Steelers even if they were 0-15. Again, 30+ points will be needed to win. They must come out firing.

Steelers - 31
Texans - 27

We do get the added bonus of watching the bug eyed Tomlin with that blank stare since it is a night game.
