Here is what I think, feel free to add your own list.

(Oh keep in mind this should be a realistic list, no way will they can Tomlin. So keep that for other threads)

1 Butler needs to be shown the door, he comes across like a dumb hillbilly. And while the O put the team in the hole, the D helped keep them there. The O at-least rebounded, which I can't say the same in regards to the D. ****** scheme, can't stop the run, just plain awful.

2 Mitchell needs to be given his walking papers. And a upgrade at FS needs to be brought in.

3 Draft a ILBer, high or bring in a free agent. Or both.

4 Lock Bell up. And early.

5 See if Sutton can give Burns some competition. (That probably falls in training camp with a new D coordinator.

The draft can also bring more depth at CB, and Olber. Help solidify positions that really didn't come through like one would have wanted them to.So in the process you can let Cody S. and A.Moats go.

Steelers need a ball hawking Free Safety in the Draft.

Fire Todd Haley and promote Mike Munchak as OC & Assistant Head Coach...hopefully keep him til Ben retires

Fire Keith Butler and bring in Rex Ryan as our DC!

They also need a real impact guy that can be a wall at the NT spot.

We also still need OLB'er and ILB'er also. Durpress & Spence are garbage and I doubt Shazier ever plays again.

We will probably loose Hubbard in Free Agency but the Steelers have a good OL in waiting in Matt Fieler and BJ Finney is pretty good too.

Gotta lock up LeVeon Bell long term. This kid is only 25 years old and he a great RB.

Also need to resign Haden to the roster also.

Either let Burns move on or have someone with ability to teach him how to play football not run from it.

This team does have the talent to play 3-4 they're is far off from greatness in that realm as just switching to a 4-3. I'd switch now and look for great corners who can play man.

I think he is under contract one more year.

Fire Tomlin, and Haley will also go. A package deal and win-win.

Promote Munchak or hire the Patriots OC

Trade Bell if possible. 12 million in cap space, and two first round picks. Super bowl winning RB's are seldom stars, right? I say Bell to the Browns for Barkley. Then buy the best ILB in free agency, and a sold safety.

Draft defense. S, ILB, NT/DT.

Didn't I say keep it realistic? They won't fire Tomlin.

If the Rooney didn't have a rule named after him, he might.

And thats the reason?? So why the **** did they hold on to Cowher for so long. He wasnt hired because of a rule as you say. But when i point this stupid **** out i love tomlin.

Thems the feelings I have about Davis. Burns doesn't play as bad consistently as Davis and Burns IS our leading tackler now that 50 is out. i think he is serviceable, he can learn to get better, i think.

Now Mitchell...whole new ball game. IMO, he a gaping hole in our secondary...period. Misses tackles, bad angles and I have yet to see him actually get to a receiver in time to break up a pass......oh yeh and WTF is all the screaming and waving arms about when he does actually make a tackle ?

Right...because the Rooneys will fire one of the highest winning % coaches in the history of the league. Keep race out of it for once dude.

Anyway's. Haley's contract is up. He won't be back. Look for our QB coach to take over. I wish for Butler to be fire. I doubt it will happen though. One can wish though.

Assuming Ben comes back (which I believe he will and will then be his last year), we need to go all out in free agency. This is it for years to come. Max out the cap.

1. Fire Haley
2. Fire Butler
3. Trade/waive DuPree
4. Waive Mitchell
5. Send Davis to backup status
6. Replace Gay - too old at this point.
7. Replace Shazier with a free agent starter
8. Find a reliable backup for Ben. Him getting through another season unhurt is tenuous.
9. Trade Bryant for picks. His one great catch every 3 games is not enough.

Not all inclusive but a start.....

Glad to hear I'm not the only one that thinks Burns is mediocre at best. he plays like he is afraid of contact a lot, especially in short yardage situations. He also has trouble tracking the ball. That's not some traits that ya want from a high round draft pick, we coulda got them skills down in the middle of the pack.

I thought I saw Burns break up 2 passes that would have been first downs this game if not for his tight coverage. The young man has ability and he is young. Bring in a DC who will bring out the best of his abilities.

Mitchell. Go **** yourself. We will beat the Pats. How about one play out of your sorry ***. Id have prefered Golden. Haley. **** off. Should have been last season. Butler replace with Del Rio. Munchack can come back. More or less everyone else gone. Tomlin unfortunately wont be one.

Bryant started to rebound and did well in this game.I want him back. They won't trade/waive Dupree. You can hope for some competition though. I didn't think Davis was the issue, enough to shove him to the bench.

Our entire secondary needs an overhaul.

Our DL didn't show up today. I saw Tuit make one play. Never saw Heyward. I was hoping for big games from them.

And that was the whole key to the game. The whole key. Two of our highest paid players stepping up and dominating. They were the key

Good question, considering this team has the (had) talent to win the SB now. so, where do you go from here? You can't draft heart. This team has too many egos on it to feed.

I'm with you on Burns. He gives up some big plays, but he has impressive cover skills and will likely get better.

With Burns, Haden, Hilton and Sutton, CB is the least of the Steelers concerns on defense. The issues are pretty much everywhere else.

Yeah, but the egos all backed up their mouths. Brown, Bell, Ben, Bryant all made big plays today. Enough for victory. The defense, however, and it's one line mouth, couldn't back up ****. As a matter of fact, with all his talking and not stopping anything, maybe Mitchell should go to Jacksonville. Holy cow, that's all those guys do is yap yap yap. Yeah, the jagoffs won today; but, not because of their "all-time" defense.

Haley's contract is up, let him walk.
Fire every coach on defense.

Pay Belidick 200,000,000 for 2 yrs. That's what u do in the off season. Doesn't matter how much talent u have when ur just gonna get out coached. Tomlins only chance is Brady getting hurt again so we don't have to face them in the playoffs. Maybe the Jags can beat them, cuz we never will with that coaching staff. Draft King Kong, we'll drop him into 2 deep zone and expect him to cover Gronk. Glad the facade is over.
