😂 So it’s a a democratic republic with democratic principles that is not a democracy?

What is it? An oligarchy? A Monarchy? An Autocracy?

How many times do I have to paste it from official sources dumbass?

We are a CONSTITUTIONAL FEDERAL REPUBLIC. That is our CORE system. The fact that it exhibits some DEMOCRATIC principles does NOT negate that we are a constitutional federal republic.

What's next, you gonna argue for 12 pages the Earth is indeed flat??

Take advantage of this. Focus heavily on Civics.

I didn’t state that the U.S. was a direct democracy, merely a democracy. Nothing in that paragraph excludes it from being a democracy. It’s simply incorrect to say the U.S., or any country, that operates using democratic principle is not a democracy.

Think of an object that is entirely the color red with a few blotches of blue here and there.
Anyone would refer to that object as being red, not blue.

We are a Republic that has adopted some spattering of democratic principles.

Here is visual example of a red object with a spattering of blue.

Say it with us, like you already did a few posts back, it's a
REEEEEEEE
PUBBBBBB
LICCCCCC.

What separates the USA from democracies is the electoral college, delegates and electors.

Democracy is basically mob rule. 50.1% rules over the minority no matter the issue. The United States has safeguards in place to prevent that. That’s how Trump won in 2016 with fewer popular votes. If we were a democracy as opposed to a constitutional republic, Hillary Clinton would have been president. I shudder to think of the consequences.

I know I don’t have to explain that to most people here. I guess our form of government most closely resembles democracy, and I think that’s where the confusion comes in for many.

A Democracy is far different than a Republic. A Democracy allows it's Citizens to directly vote for everything allowing a tyranny over the minority. They are doomed

You need color pictures and animation.
and the pictures and animation must be all-inclusive of every lifestyle, race and nationality. else, you're raysiss and a bigot.

except for white people. pfuck white people.

Sadly, he doesn't understand words.
Be it coming out of mouths or in print.
Of course he does, but the thought pattern is so politically ingrained that the responses, when you get one at all, are obstinate and tortuous in nature.
Democrats can do no wrong, Republicans can do no right. With these individuals, one cannot have a rational conversation, it's simply not possible.

Take it up with yourself from a couple days ago.

So given a civics test, how would you answer?

Choose the best answer.
The the United States is a Constitutional:

A. Republic
B. Democracy

I’ll make it easier on you.

Choose the best answer.
The United States is a Constitutional:

A. Republic
B. Democracy
C. Republic having certain democratic elements.

In each question you could not have possibly selected B.
Or would you?

For the record, the correct answer is "A" in each.

It's always a satisfying feeling, after days of your inane blathering, when you accept the L.

Apology accepted.
