The primary issue is the field and deservedly so. Art2 does replace the field twice a season, but unfortunately the SEA who owns the stadium allows Pitt and the High School playoff games so, PIT has no control.
UPMC Southside facility lease expires in 2030, so there is already assessment being performed bringing the new facility to Acrisure with new development. Not sure where but those who live in the burgh would have a better idea about its placement.
All that other stuff is a red herring, as these new stadiums the past 10 years are so much bigger and have huge footprints on site. So bigger “player family area’s” or designated family boxes is horseshit. Most of these players are compensated well enough to buy tickets.
You can bet your fans *** that the NFLPA would fail a ton of stuff to the betterment of team and fan experience.
