NFL Network Suspends Several (including Ike) Over Sexual Harassment

If you are a woman working in a male domintated field or workplace, then you better learn how to deal with men and their behavior(s). If you for one second doubt that you can, go elsewhere. I've always had many male friends. I have more guy friends than I do girl friends. I've always felt more comfortable with guys. I talk just as much **** as they do, am as coarse as they are, and can get pretty perverted in a conversation. When I am around females, I have to watch what I say- not that I am coming on to them, but that I can't make jokes about stuff that I can joke about with the guys. That being said- if I tell a female co worker that I like her hair, it's OK. But a male can't say the exact same thing. I don't understand.

Correct. In the court of reasonable public opinion. But not a court of law. And everyone has to know that. Ive worked with many women who like to play flirty. I can usually tell. And always say, if Im bothering you, let me know immediately and i will stop with the off color jokes and innuendos. Never has happened.
