I'm fascinated by the amount of whining done over who ***** in what toilet. Who gives a rat's ***.

In the past no one really did. My ex-wife used to get transvestites in the store she worked at because they carried womens shoes in sizes big enough for a lot of men to wear. Problem is that the Democrats' bathroom law gives legal cover to pervs who could say they just feel like a woman today and go into the ladies room. Put another way, letting men into the ladies room became a vital campaign issue for Democrats beginning about September and how did that work out for them?

True, but in the past, a store manager seeing a guy go into the women's room might have said something. A simple conversation would clear it up. If the manager thought it was hokey, he didn't have to fear for his job or that riots, excuse me, "protests" shut down his store.

Now, he can't say **** even if he pretty sure it is suspicious.

as much as i hate goddell, he is getting blamed for a lot of stuff that he really has no control over. he works for the owners. the owners tell him what to do and what to say. if he does act on his own, the owners dont care as long as he is making them a ton of money.

That's the real issue. People are imagining a full on transexual who looks like a woman, officially changed her name, etc. as being turned away. People like that have already been usuing the ladies room.

UNfortunately, due to PC, there have been places which have now said that anybody, anybody at all can use any bathroom (including locker rooms, changing rooms, showers, etc) that they feel like.

The fear is not that transexual people will committ crimes. The completely rational concern is that the fat sweaty pervert in a trenchcoat is now allowed to follow a girl into a locker room and if an employee questions the man, it is the employee who is in trouble.

There was a woman at Planet Fitness who complained that a man was watching her in the shower. They told her that he considered himself a woman so he was allowed in there. THen they revokes HER membership for being judgemental.

Goodell just threw the NFL's hat in this ring.
