Next years QB1

Who was the Oklahoma QB we were scouting then he got injured?
I remember reading about scouts being sent to Norman Ok, to scout some of his games but I can’t remember his name.
 
Not a good year for QB's in the draft.
A-Aron probably won't come back since Shades left.
I'd keep Rudy and Howard and bring in Flacco or Mariota, idea being that Rudy will be QB1.
