New, post draft power rankings

I know, totally meaningless, EXCEPT I like seeing us rated as a non-playoff team. We have never done well when considered a favorite.

Being ranked 14 is good for us. I wish we were ranked even lower.

Year in and year out they pimp up too many teams over the Steelers. Which is why I don't look at what other teams drafts are rated. As I know it will be higher than the Steelers often.

Like I said in another thread, it is why I only give a **** what the Steelers are doing.

wish granted I just saw power rankings with us at #18

slash, there is a LOT of truth in what you are saying. It's funny how hard people drive these power rankings and they are just some talking head's (size doesn't factor) opinion. I have an employee who when the power ranking favor his teaM HE IS ALL OVER IT, but when it doesn't then he is like they don't mean nothing. I always tell him that top or bottom don't mean as much as one thinks as any NFL team is ONLY as good as the day they are playing. I think the power rankings boost the entertainment value and that's about it.
