As much as I'd like to write this team obituary as a super bowl contender in October 2017, I just can't yet. But give it some time, looking back this could be the moment where they lost it.

What I can say is not even video recording other teams signals or practices can help these guys. New England's Defense has given up 33 points twice, and 42 points once in 4 games played.

Houston is 14th in yardage, Carolina 19th, and Carolina 22nd. Hardly offensive powerhouse teams, yet they all lit up the scoreboard.

This is not a fluke, it's a trend.

It is. Like you I'm not ready to put them in the ground either, great coaches know how to adjust and fix glaring weaknesses.

Also, even if their defense is still horrible when we play them, and if we meet in January, we still need to be able to take advantage of it. I haven't been too encouraged by what I've seen from our offense to think we'd survive a shootout with them. Because, let's keep in mind, unless we come with a different plan and MUCH better execution on the defensive side of the ball, they are still going to light us up on that side. We will need their ****** defense to show up, and we will need good Ben to take form by then

Their 66 million dollar Cornerback Stephon Gilmore was benched in the second half, but had to go back in one play later when Eric Rowe hurt his groin.

Put the shovel away. This team has been 2-2 and won the whole pierogi before. They have the offense. They have the best mind in the game on the sideline. No trophies are handed out in September, October, November, December, or even January. Their division will put them in the playoffs. Most likely with a bye week at home.

Again, they will be in our path. That week we will need to get them out of our heads and under our foot and end their reign like we did the Bills in the mid 90s

I also fear a scenario similar to '04 where we spank them in the regular season at home, and then having seen us once, we get out schemed in the playoff rematch.

I'd love to see a scenario where we are up 2 on them at the regular season game, play them vanilla, let the chips fall where they may, and come out aggressive as could be imagined in the playoff.

...uh, yeah. out schemed.....

Translation by that time the cheats will have a full grasp of all the defensive and offensive signals.

Is Ernie sick?

my happiness of the ******* cheater's fail is directly proportionate to PRE- Cheatriots football..........................Kapishe

not paying Butler was the stupidest thing they did and Gilmore is a 6 mill CB at best that due to market got 16 mill, Joe Haden is better than him.

I hope they rot in the cellar of that weak division for decades to come.......

Light me up if you wish, but Tomlin won't change a darn thing to beat them. They will change the moon and stars to beat us. One of the reasons they beat us so often.

Yep, maybe the Steelers can field goal the **** out of them as well

Brady won't survive the season..let prediction

I've been seeing his "HIT" count is higher than normal and fully agree with you. He is a puss and can't take a beating. That's always been my dream game, watching him rtake a beating but not being hurt enough to be pulled from the game. Him being BEAT to a ******* pulp and lose by 5, as long as he is pulped, he could lose by any indefinite number.

I'm restraining............................... (Wink)

Bellicheat will go Trick or Treating as Darth Hoodie to Kraft's house and Kraft will treat him to the best audio and video equipment he can buy. Next thing ya know, Bellicheat is back to stealing signals, plays, etc. Back to normal before you know it and all is right is Patricheat world.

Pretty sure he hasn't left...................It's Ernie's dementia settling in...........

Anyone find it interesting the defense is so bad now, right when radio signals have been encrypted? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that did just happen this year, right?

Joe

They have no pass rush....it's kaput

and they are in 3rd place in their division - for now

1. Bills
2. Jags
3. Pats

No he won't, but with a better defense, including DB's, and Haley suddenly remembering we have the talent to play power football, things can change.

When average to bad offenses light your defense up three times on a row. you've got problems even if Captain America is your quarterback, and Iron Man provides the spying equipment for their Mad Thinker like head coach.

No they encrypted them after spygate, however they changed the format of encryption this offseason... I think its the second time they have done so... after each time they have jiggered with encryption the pats have had trouble early in the season... its interesting cause i think its high end encryption this time...

that happens when they let go talent to get some draft picks, yet they are called geniuses

there has been a lot of soft spots in that D this season, a good mix of routes with 3 WR sets + Bell should do the trick
