That little exercise would probably help with the length of my drives....if I could just pick up that hammer....LOL

Any transverse rotational core exercise like that works wonders. I use heavy bands 40-120 lbs resistance. Your standard gym cable crossover works too. I love low to high diagonal chops. You can post up and do a pot stir as well. Lock those arms out. If it feels like your guts are pulling out you're golden.

When you see what James puts in to his workouts, how can you question why he is still getting it done.
 
How could one not rank James Harrison as one of the ALL TIME greats of the Steelers ???? We've had Many a Many a many, but James ranks right up there.
