"Najee Harris ain't it". NAJEE 3.0 It's time to go, yo....

I am convinced Najee has top-10 RB physical talent. IMO, he was lacking in vision and either mindset or consistent effort to put him in the upper echelon of running backs. There were only a handful of games where he took over and looked like one of the best running backs in the league, which made his performances over the years even more frustrating because you could see the ability was there.
Harris is great with a head of steam, one of the tougher backs to tackle when he gets up to speed. The problem is he rarely got a head of steam. He was frustrating because when he flashed he flashed, but 90% of NFL RB will have an incredible performance out of nowhere once or twice a year. Harris incredible games usually came against the Bengals.

I’d take Chubb in a heartbeat

I really like the Johnson pick but a team must have a contingency plan and he’d likely be both solid and cheap (more importantly cheap)

Imo he brings far more value than CP and his bloated contract
Chubbs is signing with Texans I believe. So he won’t be an option. Greenbay is cutting CB Jaire Alexander wouldn’t mind the Steelers giving him a looksee.

I don’t know allot about Alexander other than “when healthy” he’s a top cb. But, he’s played in half of the Packers last 68 games or something like that, was suspended for a game for conduct detrimental to the team and reading between the lines, refuses to play with some injuries that would not sideline others. Seems like another head case and undependable, I guess he’d fit right in.

He lacked speed for one thing. The Steelers didn't figure that one out, including Art who thought he was getting a Henry. Wrongo bucko.

If only we had drafted a running back that could keep a thread going.
Harris is good for thst at least. According to a few of our guys, clearly nothing else

I trade him for future draft capital. Rumor has it we are going to move up and get our Franchise QB next draft.

I don’t think we will miss him very much, some say he was short of yards.

I wonder if Cllyod-Lin is as good as his predecessor and could get two 1st rnd picks for him…………..

The "ability" minus the speed and vision.

I think his lack of vision made him look slower than he was. When he got the ball in the open in the passing game he wasn't slow. In the running game he took the wrong angles way too often.

He didn't have the speed to be great. All he knew was to power it up the middle. Runs to the outside were too slow. Another failed draft pick.

He was not a failure in the least. 4 straight 1000-yard seasons is not a failure. He may not have been a homerun but he was solid and was starter. Had we used him differently he may have been a star. He sure looked like he was going to be one his rookie year.

The only failure is cooch and his repetitive negativity. Just a miserable mope.

Can’t imagine he’d be anywhere near the Steeler’s price range with an impending Watt extension…but if Khan can make it happen why not

His greatest asset was his durability. He was solid in duration and reliable throughout.

He was not a bust, best RB for the way the scheme used him. Eat up clock, don’t fumble the ball.
