On that 95 yd play instead of rushing up to the receiver and making the tackle he stood there flat footed waiting for Wallace to come to him.
His technique is pathetic and he is a piss poor tackler.

Plus he broke down on Smith Jr's catch. Smith used the space to juke him and Mitchell grabbed nothing but air. If he went right at his legs, without hesitation, he would never have been able to turn and run.
