Miles Garrett Physically Assaults Mason Ruldoph with Helmet

When the topic of which teams we hate the most comes up it's always the Pats or the Rats that take the top spot...**** those two. It's always been the Stains for me. " I can't hate the browns because they suck" is bullshit. I live near clowntown and the level of hate for the Steelers and the city of Pittsburgh here is like no other place on the planet. I've said before that this scum must be kept down with our foot on their necks, and if you let them up, well...you'll understand..
I'd rather live through the agony of seeing the Pats win their 7th SB and Ravens their 3rd then for these ******** to win one.

So then what makes you think they would have responded different if the race of the players were reversed? Could it have been because McGinnest is a defensive player and sided with another defensive player? Or is it because he is a different race from Rudolph and the same race as Garrett? [emoji848]

Respect your question and I could be way off. The problem
I had with them is they seemed to be hell bent on laying the starting game on Rudolph with an acknowledgment that Garrett shouldn't have finished it off like he did.

Let's say Wilson, Jackson, Watson, etc. gets nailed like that and starts struggling to get this MF off me, at that point of the game mind you. Don't you think that one of those so called analysts would have brought up that fact or another reason Garrett was off his rocker at the time. Their excuse for Garrett going off was pitiful and i believe that they wouldn't have called it the same way, roles reversed.

OK, maybe not racist, I apologize, biased though and not defensively.

McGinest just criticized Mayfield for his statements about Garrett. Basically saying that he didn't have Garrett's back enough.

Wanted to include this but it's my opinion that If Watson would have said that, Mcginniss would have never criticized him.

Could very well have racial undertones. And those who easily dismiss it hasn't been paying attention or is in denial or it is too sensitive of a subject for them. The race problem is a huge issue with the ex players and in America unfortunately. You often see ex player commentators defending situations they have no business defending because they share the same skin tone. It is a common issue that spills over in every white black situation. I find it sickening. I judge 100 percent on actions. It is a shame others are blinded by their agendas.

**** was about the equivalent of a bar fight when some ******* picks of a chair and starts swinging it.

It was a cowardly move. But they did that **** all game. Hit mason in the head and hit JuJu in the head on the same play. A little while later target DJ. Guy had blood coming out of his ear from that impact.

All i saw was a plan to renew this rivalry and beat the steelers at all costs. The won,but really lost in the process.

Rudolph should press charges. You swing and hit a person with a helmet... you’re a piece of trash.

If that make contact with the crown of the helmet, Garret would most definitely be behind bars right now and Rudolph very well could have been on a hospital bed or worse. That was full on assault

I'm fine with the kick. A freakishly strong athlete was swinging a helmet at your teammate's head. Whatever it takes to put him down and keep him down. Cops would have probably shot him in that situation.

Kicking and punching a guy in full uniform gets you nothing but a suspension and fine. I would have had no problem with DeCastro putting an elbow in his throat while he was down there though.

Browns fans probably think Mason should be suspended for starting it and Garrett should only get a game.
I'm at a loss of words...
Pouncy could get 5 because he was kicking 95.
Seriously??? For those that have really been in a fight (not saying you haven't) - Pouncey reacted to his QB being assaulted. If this goes to court, he could plead 'insanity' and win - I've seen it happen.
Willie McGinest trying to blame Rudolph because he pulled at Garrett's helmet.
Willie can go sit on a spiked telephone pole.
Pouncey’s trash thug side came out too, I am willing to bet he gets a few games too.
See above - I saw a player defending his teammate. Thug side - LMAO...
Watched it, man I'm steaming,. I hate to throw the race word into this but/and I'm sorry. McGinest and Jones embarrassed a network with their insinuation that Rudolph had allot to do with the affair. I can't help but believe if the colors of the players were reversed, they'd have been going nuts.

Their comments that Garrett should have held his cool BUT it started with Rudolph tugging at the back of Garrett's helmet was disturbing. They said Garrett didn't realize Rudolph didn't have the ball. Im sure Garrett realized Mason didn't have the ball within a second when they met.

And then criticizing Mayfield who I could give two ***** about, that wrapped it up.

Then the post game, you have Michael Irving and Trinity hat White man licking his balls.

Having a hard time understanding your posts - but, this, IMO, had nothing to do w/ black or white. The commentators have their opinions and adding the race card is only going to turn this into something bigger than it has to be...

Rudy needs to press charges and see where the chips fall.

All you need to look at is the Ben and Brown situation earlier. The media was ALL over Ben for causing the situation. And there hasn't been a peep worth of apologies towards Ben from the media since then when Brown has shown his true colors time and time again.

Especially when the kick was as docile as it appears it was. I don't even see the helmet move. Pouncey was reacting but not very effectively, DeCasto had him under control already.

You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later.

DeCastro handled it the right way. Pouncey didn't. Rules are rules.

1st- Garrett should be in jail and suspended the rest of the year at least.

2nd- Pouncey should be suspended (depending on what the rules are for kicking). It doesn't matter if the kicks weren't effective. Rules have to be followed. He also threw punches. They sure didn't hurt the guy but that is irrelevant. Just like if you have helmet to helmet contact they don't look at the guy to see if he is hurt before throwing the flag. They won't look to see if Garrett is hurt to hand down punishment on this.

3rd- Rudolph did grab the back of Garrett's helmet. But that doesn't give Garrett the right to pull off Rudolph's helmet and hit him with it. After his helmet came off he shouldn't have gone after Garrett. Seriously what is he going to do if he catches up with him? Rudolph has to keep his cool.

4th- The player that hit Rudolph in the back should be suspended a game.

Fact is that each one of these players has responsibilities. And you can criticize them individually without absolving the other. For any former or current player to absolve Garrett because Rudolph grabbed the back of his helmet is just ignorant. They should STFU.

I wanted to be the one to bash in Rudolphs head so im feeling pretty pissed off today too

Garrett's Twitter is @MylesLGarrett if you want to let him know what you think.

giphy.gif

yeahhh, that'll show him.

A. It was inexcusable... he lost it for no good reason... if Rudolph called is mom and sister and grandmother the nastiest things you can imagine, grabbed his helmet, ball tapped him, and whatever other minor nonsense excuse the browns board is conjuring, that still doesn’t excuse ripping his helmet off and hitting him with it... unless Rudolph was actively trying to kill him it was inexcusable

B. Swinging a helmet and missing was a three game suspension earlier this decade... that should at least be doubled...give him 8 and reduce it to six on his stupid appeal...

C. The guy who took out an obviously defenseless and non aggressive Rudolph better get one too

D. Pouncey is getting multiple games... I don’t blame him in the least though...

E. The espn analyst that immediately interjected a bogus racial motive innuendo via tweet should get suspended too... it was already a terrible situation without needlessly putting out unfounded rumors that were irresponsible in the least...people immediately ran with that...

F. Im betting that at leadt one of the other helmet shots draws a suspension, the one on DJ

******* bush league indeed. He should be gone for the season. I was right there with Pouncey.

I think Pouncey is screwed because they play the browns in 2 weeks. I’m guessing Goodell gives him 2 games so he won’t play vs Browns in 2 weeks.

I'm not disputing anything here, Vader - you're assessment is great.

I'm only quoting it because I don't think Pouncey deserves multiple games, but, if he gets them - appeal it like Chung and the rest of the *'s players that get caught...
