There are very few foods that can't be made better with bacon in some form or fashion. I made pierogi's yesterday with plenty of brown butter, slow cooked onions, homemade kraut and sliced kielbasa. For some strange reason, I had left over bacon bits from Christmas eve. I admit, not quite sure how that happened, but not one to waste bacon bits so onto the dish they went.

Mashed Taters. Bacon bits improve it.
Ice Cream. Bacon bits.
BLT is fine. But BLT with Bacon Bits - most improved.
Hell, I may start a GoFundMe thinging to fund developing Bacon Brew IPA90.
Go Bacon.

It's not just about having the bacon but more importantly having the proper cooker to prepare it in the O-so perfect way.

I've been a master BACON COOKER builder for a long long long ******* time. Just as the STEELERS uniforms, my cookers have developed over the years. From the O'l trustworthy cast iron to the extremely light fiber carbon models....... All will cook the bacon to the degree of crispness one so desires.

Never forget if you happen to be in my neighborhood, look for the bacon cooker with the Beacon, I'll always keep a slab cooking and the beacon on for yaz......... It's better than a holiday inn express !!!

I roast mine in the oven with a bit of thyme.
