Remember, it doesn't happen overnight. For some it never happens. Whatever happens, enjoy the ride and seize the moment when it does.

Keep the faith..

I remember after that Super Bowl, saying what a great time to be a Steeler fan. a Franchise QB in his 2nd year. great coach. great defense.

MY buddy and I drank and entire bottle of Grandma 150 year old that night.
Hey at least we were able to remember it.

I remember watching the 80 SB against LA with my Dad. The power was out in pretty much the entire county. He took me and a b&w 13" TV and antenna to his work to watch the game.

Thanks Dad! That was a memorable highlight of my life.

I've watched that video many times, thanks for posting it JMM.

I'm always impressed with how much those players loved Jerome Bettis, all the way to the end.

Ben's 1yr promis of getting him there stands higher than the Joe Nameth super bowl prediction.

Salute the nation

I have a vivid memory of SB 13. My mom brought out some La Choy eggrolls (the only store bought eggrolls available in 1979). It was right after Hegmen’s fumble return for a TD that gave Dallas the lead. I said I wasn’t interested in eggrolls. Then Bradshaw hit Stallworth for the 75 yard TD and I was all about eating some eggrolls, my family had a good laugh.
