Mack on the trading block

I feel we might have to sweeten the pot but I would say Bell and Mack are pretty similar talent wise just Bell has off the field concerns. That’s never scared Gruden though. I’ve read Mack wants 20m also and he might get close to it. Ansah and Lawrence are at 17+ million. And Von Miller is at 19 million. Right now Bell and Gurley are right about the same at 14.544 to 14.375 and Bell might squeeze a little more out of someone he’s not getting the 17 million he wants. I could see 16 but not 17.

I don't care the Bell drama queen side of the issue.

Mack would be perfect in the B&G. It would be nice to have a feared defense again.

Dear God . . . .

On a side note, it was worth noting that the only player to really not make Mack look like a Mack Truck hitting a squirrel was Heath. He took that hit and got more yards. I REALLY miss him on the field.

Boys & Girls and all the inbetween,...... REALITY is it isn't going to happen. BELL has NO trade value. P-E-R-I-O-D. Even if he signs the tag you can't or team trading can't extend his contract as that date has passed. BELL is a STEELERS player this year,.....if he shows up and if he doesn't satisfy the contract year then he is ours again next year. He will satisfy the contract year even if he only shows up week 10. Face it, BELL is here regardless of football shape or not. MACK is out of reach for the STEELERS both cap and trade wise. I'm as disapointed as anyone here but was living the fantasy of possibly happening. Now I'm just living.

I’m afraid you are correct sir! There’s no ******* way Gruden trades Mack for Bell which he would be a rental player to the Raiders for a year then he signs with some other team
We’re essentially stuck with the ******.

Team franchise tagging Bell next year would end up paying something like 25M+ for his third tag. It's based on the QB tag. Not just 144%

If Bell was traded, i believe his new team would be able to franchise tag him next year and negotiate a long term deal. The Raiders are moving to Vegas and want a star player. Bell is a perfect fit in a Gruden offense.

I think the Raiders are nuts for letting Mack go. Unless the guy has said he hates playing there and wants a change, it is crazy to let a young pass rusher go. Mack is the only real star on that whole team. Carr has been OK but he’s still not a top QB. Cooper has mostly been a disappointment at WR, more known for drops than big plays.

As far as the steelers, i would trade 2 first round picks unless they would take Bell in trade.

Carr's brother David does NOT approve of this post.

With the deal Donald just got, Mack is going to want something similar. The Steelers can't afford that.

Just read that. I am almost certain this has to do with Collarbone Rodgers handicapping the Packers salary cap for the next 3 years. A couple of sacks by Mack might ruin his careers

I wish Bell would sign and be traded for two 1s, I would be stoked !

If Chicago does aquire MACK, they instantly elevate out of the bottom of that devision. AGAIN I realize MACK to the STEELERS was nothing m,ore than a pipe dream but Oh what a fun dream it was while it lasted. MACK to the STEELERS instantly put SB win in my mind.

At this point, I'd take one first rounder. Or a second with a good ILB. Hell, I'd throw in Chick to "sweeten" the deal.

chicago gave up two 1sts, a 3rd in 2020, and a 6th yikes. That is way too much especially for a rebuilding team like Chicago
