Who pissed in your cereal? You made a DUMB *** FALSE statement and got called out on it, and now you think that the rest of what you wrote isn't pure rubbish either? I believe if you go back to what I ORIGINALLY posted, you'd see that I stated IF... do you understand what that word means? IF we protect the ball, we should win the game easily. That is based on our Defense stepping it up the past few games, that's based on the fact that we should be getting Shazier, Allen (either or both), McCullers, as well as Bryant back this weak. That's based on the fact that we have a very strong running game because of LeVeon Bell, and Arizona isn't exactly stellar against the run. They get up big because of turnovers and make teams one dimensional. It's what we used to do when Cowher was here, but when we didn't get turnovers, we would struggle. The same happens to Arizona when it doesn't get turnovers, pressure Palmer, protect the ball.

I'm sorry that I don't feel that we are a **** team that never does anything right with a coach that doesn't know his ******* from a hole in the ground like you. You always pipe in with your negative comments, making generalized statements and stirring the pot.

We aren't as bad as a lot of people on the board think we are, and they aren't as good as those very same people seem to think they are.

HAHA You made a stupid DUMB *** statement and got called out. You bitched about AZ defense only winning because they got TOs. Then when I said the Steelers do the EXACT same thing you came back with the WR ****. I remember the announcer saying they were missing their #1 wide out. I may have misunderstood him. My fault.

However, if I stopped reading your posts every time you wrote rubbish then I wouldn't get to far. Your entire description of the horrible AZ defense could be applied to the Steelers. Should I have stopped reading when I saw that?

As watching the last two games, depends on Vic and if he has got some confidence in throwing the ball. If Bryant is back and maybe take some pressure off Brown who knows.

Guaranteed the Ar. db's are watching tape of the SD game and licking their chops. Vick can NOT continue to throw those panic passes. Hopefully the staff have learned their lesson and lean on Bell and D Will heavily.

You have me mixed up with someone else, I never said AZ's defense was horrible. I said their team relies on turnovers, which is why I said we MUST PROTECT THE BALL! I said they weren't stellar against the run, which they aren't. Middle of the pack. If you misheard the announcers (which were Grueden and Tirico), and took anything they said as gospel (considering ALL the mistakes that were pointed from those two blubbering idiots), then you are dumber than I originally thought. That and you didn't watch the game. Anyone that WATCHED the game knew that Keenan Allen is their #1 guy, and Malcolm Floyd is their #2, and they got back Antonio Gates, their #1 TE. Stevie Johnson, their SLOT RECEIVER...was out.

I also never said that the Steelers did or didn't do the same exact thing. You love putting words in my mouth and you continue with your hyperbole and generalizing bullshit.

Reality is in coolieman' statement. Who have they played? We are at home, big advantage us. Vick gets another week at being the "man". Our "D" needs another step up game, which I think they are very capable of. Arians and OMAR fall near same coaching catagory, small edge AZ. We have biger weapons on offense, minus QB. I never "bitched" about the Cardinals defense, I never said they were horrible... I SAID THE KEY TO THE GAME WAS PROTECTING THE BALL! I said I think we can pressure Palmer and we all know how he handles pressure.

I don't care if it describes our defense as well or not, I was simply stating that WE MUST PROTECT THE BALL! The only one speaking out of his *** is YOU!

That's right, the AZ hype, that they are one of the ELITE teams in the league this year. Them relying on turnovers isn't anything but stating a fact, I wasn't tearing them down, I was stating a fact. Imagine that, a stat the correlates to one of our own, lose the turnover battle and we lose...interesting. You ADD what you THINK is meant.

You think I'm claiming that the Steelers are the best team in the league with the best defense ever and it's not even close to the truth, if you read the post I was responding to, you'd understand my post a little bit more. But no, you constantly take what you see, add a bit of Vader flare to it, and turn it into something that's COMPLETELY off the mark.

I'm sorry that I don't feel that Arizona's 4-1 record immediately puts them among the elite teams and clear favorites this year. I'm sorry that I don't think that Sundays game is a guaranteed loss because of the amazing schedule that Arizona has played. I'm not spinning anything mr #1 WR.

It's just like all the talk before the San Diego game, "we don't play well on the west coast" "Rivers plays well against us, going to be a long night" "We're going to lose by at least 10 points" and yet, the defense played well, we didn't turn the ball over and forced two of our own, and we won the game. I don't see anything different about this game either, nothing about Arizona screams "we're gonna get killed". As long as we protect the ball we should win. It's a simple statement, I'm not tearing or bitching or spinning. I've maintained the same thought throughout all of my posts, but continue to add what you THINK it means. Whatever helps you sleep at night cupcake. I'm done with you.

They're good and have been since Arians and Palmer got there.

They were 9-1 last season, with as good a chance of winning the Super Bowl as anyone, before Palmer went down,

They throw the ball as well as anyone, and their defense is both hard to score on and protect the ball against, largely due to great secondary play.

Their front 7 can be pushed around, which is what the Steelers need to exploit with Bell and Williams.

Vick worries me in this matchup, though.

Chris Johnson is looking fairly good again. I think it was in the height of his heydey we played the Titans and I remember him ripping off an 80yarder called back for holding. Then either Timmons or Woodley just crushed him and he wanted no part of the game after that. Am I remembering this game correctly?
 
I don't really care what their schedule is, there's nothing any team can do about its schedule. And we're all fans of a team that typical plays down to **** teams. So if you play **** teams and beat them, that's good. If you put up over 30 points in each of those wins, that's even better. They've got a really good defense and can make some plays on offense. If Ben was playing, I'd really like the Steelers chances. With him out, the Cards have a great chance at winning. Just like the Chargers, Ravens and Rams (in the second half) all did.

Pretty much how it went. He was held in check for most of the game, got that 80 yarder called back, and that was enough to get the guys focused again and we were laying the wood that game. He just kept getting up slower and slower as the game went on. He's not a big guy, he can't take that kind of punishment throughout the course of a game. I think Arizona understands that, that's why they use all three of their running backs. But he has clearly found a home there, he just really didn't fit in with the Jets offense.

We lost to the 1-4 Ravens at home.

We did what you mentioned against the Chargers and were lucky not to lose.

I think we have a chance to win, but Vegas says probably not.

With a rivalry game like that, records are thrown out. Baltimore is always gonna bring it when they play Pittsburgh and vice versa.

Sure, but I don't think you can argue the Steelers are more likely to lose to a 1-4 division rival than a 4-1 non-division rival. Wait... then again, it is the Steelers...
 
Packed up heading to Pittsburgh tomorrow, looking for a good game. Time for Vic to hit the mark, Bryant take some pressure off Brown and time fro Heath to get in the mix. Steelers all the way.
