How many former players add ANYTHING to a football show? Of course all of the TV procedures love the debate shows and hot takes. A few days after the draft we should be watching team specials with experts breaking down how each member of the draft class fits into his new team and instead a clown is making stuff up bashing Ben again.

How is it ignorant? You yourself backed what mightguru stated. If you want to add in the white journalist go ahead. It(the white journalist) is true also, but the majority of shows after the AB shitfest started had the black journalist taking AB's side over Ben. And for what? Well, ratings of course.

Ben will go to the HOF and has been laughing all the way to the bank for years now. He has two SB rings and three appearances, owns all Steeler QB records except no of SB wins, has a beautiful family and can afford to do anything he wants, will retire a young man with no money issues. What possible reason would there be for any of us or Ben to give a ****.

We could bring in Newt for a team-friendly "close to vet minimum" and use him in a slash role. Maybe he could help coach Ben up a bit also. And if it doesn't work out ...well, we could ship him to the Browns for 2 first-round picks. Win-win for us.

4 statements of complete conjecture. Nothing factual at all in this statement, just all opinion. That's why I tag my opinion articles as commentary instead of listing this was as a statement of merit. If this is true, you have to ask yourself, why was Ben on the sideline of every game, with a headset and clipboard, in the ear of every QB, to try and hep them out.

Stats are for losers

Yeah I did, I watched their games, he is just not a fit for their running style, our zone blocking schemes were made for him. And they hardly ever used him like we did in the passing game.

Its no coincidence our running game turned to absolute **** without him too. Our Oline was so used to blocking for him, they were a perfect fit.

Our O-line went down the tubes when munch went to Denver ..nothing to do with over used and burned out Bell

No, they were designed to block for Bell and his running style making cuts off their pulling and trapping and he had the burst and vision to exploit that.

With the lumbering straight ahead backs we have try it they get their **** stuffed. It really was a perfect fit with Bell and our blocking style.

I watched over half the Jets games and they used a power scheme with straight ahead maulers and he just never had the holes open like when he ran with us.

I bet 90% of this board never watches other games every week besiides the Steelers, or only follow box score stat sheets, lol

LOL....Yep. Just imagine if we only had Munch last year? Defense's probably wouldn't have been stacking 8 or 9 in the box.
