Jury is deadlocked. They will either have to have a new trial and we go through all this again or the judge can render a verdict.

This particular jury, 75% women, would acquit Charlie Manson if his trial were held today. These are the same people that have been indoctrinated into believing that all the prisons should be emptied.

IMO, this case isn’t hard. She killed three kids. While post partum depression is real, I believe it shouldn’t absolve anyone of murder.

I think finding this woman not guilty sets a horrible precedent. It basically says that an overly hormonal woman cannot control herself. If that’s the case, then no woman should hold any position of power or responsibility. Further, they should not be trusted with any of our nation’s most sacred rights. You know, if being overly hormonal means you’re unable to control yourself, and you’re not responsible for the things you do when you’re unable to control yourself. Rights require responsibility. You can’t have one without the other.

I don’t understand how we got to the point where women bear no responsibility nor accountability for the rotten shiit they do. For example, when women were actually ladies, sure, you didn’t hit a woman. But now, more and more women roll up swinging on men and men are to do nothing? Walk away while being assaulted? And while you’re trying to remove yourself from the conflict, you’re still being pummeled, but you’re not to defend yourself? GTFOH. I can’t see scenario where I’d ever hit a woman, but then I don’t associate with toxic women that act like that.

Yeah, there was no scenario where they were going to convict her. None. It’s where we are in this rotten, **** hole, shell of a once great nation.
 
We all know where this is going.

Harken back a couple decades when abortion was just a debate. Abortion should be allowed for extreme reasons - rape, etc. Allowed.

Then it evolved to the second trimester. More reasons why it should be allowed.

Then the third trimester. Even MORE reasons why it should be allowed.

The slippery slope we always predict materializes, cements itself.

Then just a month or so ago, Massachusetts - where this trial is happening - women weep, celebrate, at the state passing a law allowing abortion up to the day of birth. BIRTH.

Now Clancy sits on a potential hung jury. Soon to be absolved of killing her three children. And it will be normalized and set a precedent that children can be lawfully killed after birth.

Just wait. It's coming.

Clancy's lawyer is a moron. It's looking pretty obvious now that it's 11-1 with one person not budging. It HAS to be 11 guilty. Her lawyer tried to get the 1 holdout thrown off the jury as that deluded idiot thinks it's 11 not guilty's. He's trying to get the 1 juror that's keeping them in the game thrown out, lol.

I don’t know. Considering where the jury pool lives and what they normally vote for, I wouldn’t be so sure. I can see it both ways. But even if it’s 11-1 not guilty, he shouldn’t be saying what he’s saying, mounting a public pressure campaign against that one juror. That alone should be grounds for mistrial.
