Le'Veon Bell appreciation thread

Bell is the man no doubt. We are soo lucky to have him, going to go down as one of the best ever when it's all said and done.

Bell was a Beast tonight.

He reminds me of a combination of Gayle Sayers and Sweetness. He just knows how to use his power and finesse.

Yep I believed lessons were learned tonite. Give it to bell and live with it.

This guy is special on the field. I am happy my son is getting a chance to watch Bells career.

gained big yards even though they ******* KNEW he was running....

he had no business making half of what he did, they stacked the box and dared Vick to throw

but there he was answering the BELL.........

for who the bell tolls time marches on

No doubt he is the best after last nights performance. We put 1 WR on the field and say, we are running the ball. They blitzed on almost every run and had 10 men in the box and we still ran the ball. But, that meant when we did need to pass, they knew we needed to pass and blitzed those plays also putting Vick in a terrible spot. Any good O coordinator puts their back up QB or a rookie QB in good situations to let them get comfortable and gain confidence. Haley has no concept of that. Bell was huge and we needed him because Haley sucks so bad.

Bell looks like Marcus Allen on some plays with Eddie George type of power on others. He seems to do everything well. A few of his runs last night were jaw dropping.

The one run he had, the double jump cut where he forced the defender out of the hole and then jumped back into the hole was amazing, only gained 6-7, but that defender filled the hole and would have stopped him for no gain without the jump cuts. And the 32 yarder up the right side, he got skinny, bounced off some tacklers and emerged in the clear, was just awesome to watch.

bell's comment when asked after the game about not getting the ball last week on key fourth down plays said it all. A small swipe at Tomlin, was priceless.

Bell is special. Best back in the NFL, PERIOD !!

No question.

Dare I say Barry Sandersesque?

I used to tune in every Lion's game I could get when Sanders played just to watch him run ('cause they had nothing else worth tuning in for...they were bad.) Told Mrs. F last night I haven't seen a back run like Sanders until now. Perfect comparison.....so glad he's ours.

Come on, you know you were really watching the Lions to see Rodney Pete, Dave Kreig, Bob Gaglino, Scott Mitchell, and Eric Kramer.

Was Charlie Batch the QB in Sanders final year? I think he was.
