I've been resigned to the fact this guy is always going to do what he thinks is best for him over the team he works for 100% of the time. Even if that isn't necessarily what's best for him & the fact that team he works for always takes care of their own. Ignorant, immature guy who's inner circle is probably a lot of self-absorbed, immature people normalizing his decisions/behavior because they don't know any better. I remember hearing his mom and grandfather are die-hard Steelers fans and that his mother raised he and his 4 siblings alone and that he has a tattoo of her embracing him after Michigan State lost their Big 10 Championship. I wonder what type of actual influence she has on him (if any) at this point, but it seems like she had a lot at one point. Disappointing.
