Because the Raiders are stupid. Remember, this is the team that gave us a 3rd rounder for Bryant. Also, he is a good RB that could help them. It's a trade that makes sense for both teams.
 
Flat out, Bell is being a little *****. I know some posters here will rush to his defense, but that is the simple truth. I'm sick and tired of him. And you know what? We'll be JUST FINE without him. Tell him "Fine, you want out? We don't want you here. Sign the tender, and we'll trade you. Win Win"
 
$14M and he is still playing mind games. His act is kinda getting old. You'd think he would be running to sign that tag. . .
 
How do suspensions work and how do they work with franchise players? Can the Steeler suspend him and not pay him if he shows up the day of the first game?
