Landry Jones...

Porter was'nt a sack machine till his 2nd year hopefully jones got faster and his 4.8 time was hopefully just b/c of a nagging injury.
 
Tonight again showed how bad Jarvis is, a bad pick, a horrible athlete and a dumb guy that can't make any moves. Porter also was converting from a 4-3 defensive end in a mediocre college conference while Jarvis played OLB in a 3-4 in the SEC. Porter was an athletic freak, Jarvis is a below average NFL athlete
 
I guess Sanchez is no longer a possible option for a backup. Looked like Marcia Brady out there against us. Doubt they will let him go.
 
To get Sanchez you're giving up a draft pick.

Dirty Sanchez played well against our poor version of a defense but he sucks as an NFL QB in the regular season. I don't want him anywhere near Pittsburgh.

He ate them up bad - back-ups schooling the mighty Muffin Men #1 defense

We shoulda just kept Brian Hoyer when we had him but the Steelers have no clue when it comes to developing QB's

It was miracle Ben came in ready to play when he did
 
The stupidity of cutting Hoyer was we kept an aging QB that was injured and was not going to play anymore that year.

I admit in his 9 pass attempts he looked good and I am all for cutting Landry Jones but I would like to see more from Shaw before I put him on the 53 man roster. He probably plays a lot in preseason game 4 so I will probably TiVo that to see how he looks. Of course that will be against scrubs but still Landry sucks against scrubs lol
