Just based on that alone, he doesn't have the mentality to be an NFL head coach. That's something your meathead O Line coach can probably get away with, not the head coach.

A common theme both made them act like that. They were both the laughingstock of the league for a couple decades. Then came the first taste of success. All that pent up rage from years of losing didn't allow them to win without turning into a bunch of idiotic **** nozzles.
