Connor is not missed as much as expected
The offense is better the moment Conner is back on the field. Health is the problem with him, not being soft, not being fumble prone, etc. He's a versatile back that can catch and make people miss in the hole then gain a few extra yards because he runs downhill. He's better than Samuels, Snell, Whyte and Edmunds combined. I'll be happy to have him back in the lineup as part of the running back group.

One of the best jokes I heard from a Steeler fan: We don't have Conner or JuJu. At least that means the Steelers won't fumble at the end of the game...
Truth hurts sometimes, but it is funny.
Conner was rushed back early with an AC sprain and promptly reinjured it. Bad move there, but he started to practice limited last week, so he's trending to returning within 2 weeks.
JuJu has a knee injury and is not practicing. Plus he also hasn't officially cleared concussion protocol, so there is that as well. It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't play again this year, but if that was the case, the Steelers would have made a move for someone.
I read during this past week JuJu did, officially, get pass the concussion protocol. The only thing keeping him out is his knee, which no one seems to have any clue as to what, when or how he hurt it.
That is a Bullshit post. He is anything but soft. Injured, sure. I'm not even sure if he has a feature back body. But he sure as **** is not soft. He averages just under 1.2 fumbles per hundred carries. He doesn't have fumble problems. These guys are grabbing and ripping at the ball on 4 out of 5 plays. You are going to fumble.
When is the last time the Steelers had a RB that ran away from anyone?
Mendenhall right?

We should be pilfering more teams practice squads, Cain looked good, nice size and speed, better than our backup smurfs

Bell has been terrible running the ball this year, for whatever reason. I haven't watched him play at all but I still don't think he's cracked 70 yards rushing in any game this year. That's terrible.
I read an article that the Jets aren't happy w/ Lev Bell - probable offload this off season. I'd be all in to bring him back home - call me crazy but I don't care...
Still have no clue what he did to his knee to need to miss 4 weeks.
