The court will hopefully just toss it out like they normally do. The NFL has their own rules and their own "justice" system. He, not only, cheated but he didn't cooperate with the investigation. As I have said before, he should get 2 games just for being non-cooperative and that is nothing the courts can or will overturn.
 
man I am so tired of Brady and the Patriots. Everywhere you look there they are. magazines, tv,radio, I was watching fox news to relax the other day and here they are talking about Brady. Enough already!

Well. You are modifying the verb "Fits" thus you need an adverb. Clearly you would use well, an adverb as opposed to good, an adjective. But you already knew that.

They'll dump this decision on Friday or next friday, and the fact that this commish has no credibility to suspend anyone and have it survive court review should be enough to find a new one.

Sounds like an excellent plan to me. How about a firing squad at sunrise.......maybe giving them a plane ride half way to Europe and making them all leave during the inflight movie.
 
Read the article on "glimps of br*dy law suit against the nfl". The nflpa seems to be the ones persueing this line. they have a lot of "small" angles they are looking at, judginfg from the story. The hack reporting is abtrocious, these days, hell, for several years for that matter.

Whole thing is a farce. If Goodell would ave taken ONE day to review the evidence he would have made a decision by now. When this goes down as I believe (an injunction that will not see court even initially till next winter) that is by far a bigger scandal than the ******* footballs, because he is single handedly ensuring that Brady will play the entire 15-16 season one way or the other.
 
Brady is a whiny *****.. least manly player to ever lace them up.... throwing a temper tantrum whenever he doesn't get his way.

Lol where the judge who was a season ticket holder or something gave them an injunction then basically tossed the thing out on some badly interpreted state law...
