Josh Gordon released (traded to pats)

Injured at a photo shoot? The NFL sure ain't what it used to be.

That's not what they're saying

Notes on Josh Gordon’s impeding departure from the #Browns: His release was not a result of a substance abuse violation or failing a test. He did injure his hamstring at a photo shoot.

What kind of photo shoot are you doing to pull a hamstring?

So the problem player is picking who he plays for next?
Wow?!?

Society if STRAINGER in that way. He should have been banned for life. Standard non-athletically gifted people face this everyday and yet they get NO 5th chances from said employer. I realize there is a difference in the two but com'on man. HOLD these players accountable and same as coaches / teams / owners / all of them. **** just not much ,more to say than Gordon will be out of football before the end of the season. Suspended then falls into obscurity.

Some of these athletes do need to be held accountable for better preparation after their athletic careers.
They get so many chances during that when they go out in the real world, they're let down.

SMH, all the talent in the world but wasted.

He injured his hamstring in a photo shoot????? That's a story in itself.

Pats are morons for getting rid of cooks. they basically have no Wrs at the moment. now they have to resort to someone who maybe banned from football with one wrong move.

Pats will get a 12+ TD WR for a 6th round pick and a bag of chips. He'll play this year, wear out his welcome next year and Belichick will dump him on the curb and move on. And even if he flops, Belichick cuts off anyone else in the league from finding gold.

It's kind of their modus operendi. Cheating or no cheating, I really do envy how Belichick rules the roost.

I really hate the Pats....i think the Browns enjoy providing them with talent just to spite the Steelers

Full compensation trade update: Patriots send Browns a 2019 fifth-round pick for WR Josh Gordon and get back a 2019 seventh-round pick if he is not active for 10 games, source tells ESPN. Trade was supposed to be for a 6th-round pick, but Patriots don't have a 6th.

Player exhausts current team with bs antics, rewarded with free ride to Super Bowl

Getting tired of this narrative. **** the Patriots with every fiber of my being

Sounds like he's back off the wagon. Once an addict, unfortunately, always an addict.

Dez will be signed on Monday.

Addict? That’s unpossible! I’m told weed is non addictive and has no downside at all.

The browns may not realize that they just admitted that are not serious playoff contenders. If they were, there’s no way in hell they would have given the Patriots what could be the missing piece to their offense.

Speaking of the Pats. They make bad moves all the time, they just never get called out on it. Case in point, everybody is slamming Gruden for trading Mack, but Belichick traded away Chandler Jones and he led the NFL in sacks with 17 for Arizona last year. Nobody made a peep about that dumb move.

I bet he lands with the Pats!

Pats acquire Josh Gordon for conditional 5th

and that's why they call me THE FOOTBALL GENIUS!

HAHAHAHAHA

muh perdictions are NEVER wrong
