More bad news for Johnny Manziel ... first he was cut by the Cleveland Browns ... and now one of the hottest women on earth, Abigail Ratchford, says the two are NOT getting down.

The "banging or not" rumors started earlier this week when Johnny was seen leaving an L.A. club at 2:00 AM with Ratchford in tow ... making some think there was a new celebrity couple in Hollywood.

Well, we spoke to Abi ... and she tells TMZ Sports her and Johnny's relationship is just like his current NFL career ... no one is scoring.

"He's a nice guy, really funny we're just friends, though."

I think everyone realizes that. And he is precariously close to losing it all. He is inching closer and closer to the precipice, With his "full on" party mode carrying on, it's already could be to the point that NO team will take a risk signing him. He might already be there.

His situation could mirror Happy Gilmore soon.

I don't get why people hate on the guy so much. He's an idiot in his early twenties. Which of us weren't? He's an immature ******* who will never be an NFL caliber quarterback. Bfd
