Well, in this case, if I am reading this right, the test was given after they got home at 2 AM, and I doubt they had to show up at work early (or at all). So, in this case, maybe a 3 AM test is no big deal, but if it were on a "normal" night when they had to show up to work in the AM, it would be very uncool.
