I WANT!

154 catches for 1,989 yards and 17 touchdowns in 2014 and 2015

Decker caught 49 TD’s in 3 years before he got hurt last year. He is an exceptional route runner with great hands, a huge Redzone threat and solid run blocking capability.

Jets have told wide receiver Eric Decker that they will try to trade him this week. If they can’t, they will release him.

They'd take a late 7th rd pick, he's not going to be ready to practice

I'd sign him to a one-year deal as a prove-it contract. I'm not sold that he's healthy, but after last year, I leave no stone unturned to add depth to this team.

Might as well...they don't have anyone to throw the ball to him.

If we trade, we get his contract. What does that look like? Can we afford it?

If they didn't draft JuJu, i'd be all for this, but i'd rather see JuJu out there. With AB and Martavis garnering so much attention, it should be a pretty easy role to be the 3rd option in the passing game.

The Jets saw that Decker is a #2 WR. Since they got rid of Brandon Marshall, they may as well get rid of Decker because he's not going to cut it as the #1.

The Jets did have a couple of young WRs who looked good last year, Quincy Enunwa and Robby Anderson. They also have a couple other young guys like Charone Peak and 3rd rounder ArDarius Stewart.

This is a rebuild and with a stacked QB class for 2018, their best plan could be sucking this year.

I am more interested in Harris. We could use depth at LBer.
