Jesse James

I didn’t want to see him leave, so I would welcome him back with open arms. So what if he is only the #2, maybe that pushes dropsies Ebron to get it together
 
He’s 26 going on 27 and is below average #1 but I’d say an above average #2 tight end. He plays special teams, willing and capable blocker, and a capable pass catcher.
He’s not getting his 7 million a year the lions game him but for 2-3 million I feel he and Ebron could hold down the position pretty well. If we just go with Ebron we must use a decent pick on a TE or we’ll be very light at the position going into the season. And there’s no guarantee a rookie is going to develop enough to be counted on.
I’d at least bring him in and see what his contract demands are. If they are too high let him test free agency for a few weeks and they will come down.
 
Ebron is a good receiver, but sucks or is lazy at blocking. JJ would provide better blocking and can aid our oline, but I just don't know if he would get on the field enough to justify the price tag. Personally i think we should go with more heavier packages, but our coaches love to spread it out

His return depends on how many bridges he burned when he left, calling the Steelers the Kardashians probably did not set well with management. Even though he was right, as it relates to the drama with AB and LB, still would have been wise to leave it unsaid.

Turns out... You don't just "Do" that. There's a fair bit of preparation that has to be done ahead of time. Otherwise... Well, let's just say it aint for the faint of heart.
 
We all knew this guy that did commercials for delta tire and wheel since he was a kid for like 20 years. Anyways it happened the the back of a car and nobody would give him a ride home. Cause it was all over him. He stopped doing those commercials since everyone found out lol

JJ caught that ball! I can't recall the last time I was ever that pissed over a football game. I went from cloud 9 to making up new curse words inside of 60 seconds.

Same here. That was honestly the last time I had to get up and leave the room out of anger from watching a game, ended up taking a walk around the block I was so pissed off

It took them for-ever and I commented to Cope way back then about it being a New York 4 & 1./2 minute....................... Replay is suppose to only take 1 minute.



I was totally shocked on the reversal initially but not to shocked once I remebered the ******* cheatriots were on the receiving end of the decision. We all know the out come but Jesse made two football moves after he gained posession, 1) he pivoted on his knee prepared to advance 2) he lunged forward across the endzone, ONCE ball broke the plain it is a dead ball because he scored and already established possesion.

As big a need as it is for us I'd gander that our guys or his agent has reached out to each other. I'm guessing it's a money thing but also a patient wait game on the STEELERS side of things. Some think the way he left may have hindered his chances of a return but I think the biggest is he wants more than the STEELERS will spend.

You can't fault him for calling out the toxicity in the locker room. It was within a year that AB basically destroyed the team with his bullshit.

Definitely a plus and remember he will be serving as a #2 who can catch as well. I'm not against his return but ONLY at a cap friendly price.

I was there in the stands, on the 20 yard line, field level, very close to that catch. It was a birthday present to my son from his fiance', now wife. We just knew, based on the delay, that they were going to give it to the cheats.

I haven't watched more than 20% of the Steelers games since, and no other games at all. Notice my signature.

I was there too. End zone.. up higher. But it was in front of me. Great game, **** ending.
