You Conner Truthers should be really mad at Bell now. His absence is costing us games.
 
**** Bell. And Conner does need to clean that up. Which I think he will...........

He is a rookie. Those things happen with rookies. Now talk about all the good things Conner has done while Me'veon was asking us to gut the team so he could "get his money."

WoW aren't you a positive light............................................. **** BELL and the horse he rode in on. Do you actually want Bell Back??? CONNER will clean it up and I've said it before, he should call Jerome Bettis and talk to him about ball placement and control. Bettis was a master at ball control and his insight tips would be gracious to know. Conner being as humble as he is would GREATLY benefit from that conversation.

VERY true steeltruckin. CONNER was drafted last year and got injured early in the season and had to sit the season out recooperating and learning. He is a 2 year player and DANG good one at that.

It is true that his fumbling is a problem. It is also true that his strengths have allowed the offense to not miss a beat without Leveon and has opened up the entire playbook. Both things are true and it’s okay to give him credit where it’s due and blame him where it’s due too

he is also 3rd in both attempts and carries.
 
Bell can't fumble if he can't play.

Right now he can't play. He's about 1/1000 of James Conner.

If what I saw was correct he is TIED with 3 others for most fumbles by a running back with 4.

Conner has fumbled 4 times out of 235 touches which averages to once every 59 carries.

Elliott (1 fumble every 66 touches), Cohen(28), and McCaffrey (56) are the other 3 running backs. Both Cohen and McCaffrey have worse averages.

Conner is not the worst, but he definently needs to work on ball security.

The Bus was a fumble machine in his early years. He even fumbled at Times you really couldn’t have them, remember Ben saving the day on a BIG Bus fumble?

If I was the brain trust of the outfit, I would have the Bus on the plane right now to work with JC all week.

It can be fixed, but Bus was a 265 lb monster. Technique can definitely help, as we saw with Tiki Barber.
 
lots of runners have fumble issues early in their careers. College defenders don't swipe at the ball like NFL players do.
 
Conner has had a couple of really bad plays the last two weeks. The two drops v Jax and now the fumble off his own damn arm. He needs to pick it up this week and protect the damn ball

Just saying 4 fumbles in 11 games and is leading the league
Bell had 1 fumble in his first 3 seasons

If you think this is insignificant just remember Rashard Mendenhall cost us a superbowl by fumbling.
