WowZa, the week almost made it by without a jaguar week thread. Maybe with the COMPLETE domination of the Carolina Panthers and all the feel JOY (till she got mad and left) one may have forgotten of the jaguar's game coming up. The two clubs are definately heading in different directions. Obviously the STEELERS are trending UPwards as the Jaguars have been nose-diving. Could the Jagoffs trend be due to injury / coaching / player no continuity .......... If this were the steelers team, many here would first approach the coaching aspect.

I think injury has been their main contributing factor combined with the QB play who we thought he was........

Anyone Remeber the good O'l days of five teams in our division???? Yeppers the Jagoffs were one of them and actually pretty tough opponents. Brunel was pretty good quality QB and Fred Taylor at RB seemed to give us fits.

Don't need to even bring up last year's beating then PO loss........*******

Well the shoe is on the other foot this year and NO, this is not a trap game. The STEELERS are going to come in ready and prepared. Even Bud Dupree has been perfecting his fly by...inside hand up in a cup like manor causing wind drag and decreasing his turn circumference.........

ADD all yaz want and then some. Also Remeber the rivalry of the past and current.

Gonna run the ball down their throat and soften them up for some big plays passing. Our defense needs to stop the run, they can't beat us with Bortles.

“The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is very appreciative of the Ben Roethlisberger Foundation’s approval of our grant request for a police service dog. This past year, our Canine Unit has suffered the loss of Police Service Dog ‘Fang’ who was killed in the line of duty following an armed carjacking on September 30, 2018. While the community has rallied around in support to honor ‘Fang,’ this award will provide the necessary resources for the acquisition of trained service animals to join our family and continue the pivotal work they do. On behalf of all the members of JSO and the city of Jacksonville, thank you for your appreciation of these valued canines, as they are a tremendous asset to law enforcement and first responder organizations nationwide.” — Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams.

Ben with great timing.

their defense has been far from elite this season. get a good lead and then let Conner and his RB friends run out the clock

Spell CONNER when we can and save the mileage.

Everyone is forgetting Fournette is back at full strength.

No he's not, he's got a nagging hamstring. He's only played one complete game this year, and doesn't look like the same player as last year.

And DIC, yes it's injuries. Fournette is not full strength. Far from it. He doesn't have the break away gear any more.

I don't know what happened to their D. I haven't researched it. Anyone else know?

Bottom line. You have to hold serve vs. The Jags, Broncos and Raiders for a wild card. Throw in Bengals and you win a division. Lose any of the first three and you need a win over the Chargers, Pats or Saints. 5 more wins will be on the cut line for a bye. It will depend on which 5 they are.

Very true SteelerSask and that's why this isn't a trap game. I think the players know the situation and are coming in NOT flat. Each win makes it easier down the road. OUR guys are taking this entire season more serious than I have seen in a long time. I truely think it's the CULTURE within the team. They are an actual team instead of the MEMEMe of the past and CONNER's back story has something to do with that. Here is to another win.

The way they are playing, only NO has a chance of winning.
