I'd just consider yourself lucky and leave it at that.

I think the difference may be because I am technically under contract until the end of July where you were not.

When the date does come I will call back and if I don't get it I'll tell them to come get their ****. Why be loyal they obviously don't reciprocate.

Maybe I wasn't under contract and that was it.

I actually negotiated that on line in a chat box. Maybe that helped too.

It took a full hour.

But I'll spend an hour to save $90 a month. It piss me off that the ad I had offered a bundled (TV, phone, Internet) for $88 a month, for 2 years. Of course that deal didn't include all the premium channels I get, or NFLT.

Oh, and I can't live without the DVR. Anyone still NOT having one has no idea how much better life is with one. That thing rocks.

Agreed. I get the same add and the frustration that goes along with it.
