Ok Spike you win I will watch some football Saturday. Looks like a good college weekend. Shame the season is almost already over
 
Notre Dame - Miami looks to be the only real good game. If Notre Dame blows out Miami like they have everyone else this year, they will be right up in the playoff mix to stay.
 
I highly recommend watching the 30 for 30 Catholics vs Convicts if you haven’t seen it. It was really good. It was made by the roommate of the guy who created the Catholics vs Convicts tee shirt. It goes through how all the animosity started, how Holtz built up ND from the ashes. Why Jimmy Johnson hated Holtz.

That shirt was really the start of the whole college tee craze. Before that, you pretty much only had the bland official gear in the campus bookstore.

The funniest thing is the interviews with former Miami players acting hurt that they were characterized as "convicts" when anybody who remembers that time knows they promoted themselves as thugs. They were proud of it. That was their ‘swagger’.

The winner of this game will have a seat at the table, for now anyway. ND already should have one. All they have to do is win out to get in. Miami will rightfully jump over all of the one loss teams if they beat ND. If they then win out, they're a total lock, and probably the number 2 seed, provided the Bama-Georgia winner is still undefeated.

The difference will be Jalen Hurt - he's more mobile and has been showing his pocket awareness over the past 2 games...

I think Bama/Auburn will be a tough battle in the trenches.
I still think Bama's D will turn in their favor.

Auburn does play you guys tough though

He does have some traits of Lev Bell - Georgia is scared of the jet sweep and deep ball...only playing 6 in the box...
