Players begging for trades because their team loses a couple of games? My god where will everyone play!

Sent from my Pixel 3a using Steeler Nation mobile app

Get used to it. I said awhile ago the nfl is becoming the nba. Now, is that overall bad? Yes, maybe for your team but I think it opens things up for more trading overall among the league. That said, I think this “I want out after a loss” or whatever bs, teams need balls. From my understanding Oak owned AB rights. They could have fined him, sat him, and not paid him.

Their has to be a point when you just sign and act a fool you can’t get out to go where you want.

I don't know if it is a trend but it is exactly what the NFL wants. The "rog" didn't step in on the AssClown thing either time. All players saw that and figured "GREEN LIGHT" so what the hell. Those affected the most are the "TRUE LOYAL" fan. FF leagues love it, the rog must think its great and the player gets to pocket 21mil without even playing...................

I’m pretty sure this will be a point of topic in the new talk of the CBA.

Trying to be like the NBA

NFL owners will be looking to put a stop to it when the new CBA is negotiated. They won't let it get out of hand like the NBA.

They want to request trades.. those contracts will become even less guaranteed.

Well didn't we own his rights also? Couldn't we have fined him, sat him and not paid him?

**** the Rog. We should have done something with the whole AB thing but caved. Why should the Rog worry about us when we rolled over on AB at every turn ......for years.

All this is just another example of this generation of young adults having no ability to cope with any disappointment and having no desire to work harder to overcome anything difficult in their lives. As soon as the sledding gets the slightest bit rough, they wanna bail. Sad thing is that it’s just gonna get worse.

I thought they only cared about how much money they made and not wins and losses?

Players want and deserve more leverage, they’re the one out there putting the bodies on the line. And star players are putting butts in the $eats.

And I’m still bitter about how the Steelers let a once in a generation player walk. Leveon Bell.

The players should just take all THEIR money and start their own league, then then can keep all the profits.

How many people turned in their season tickets to the Steelers since AB, Bell...etc have left? It's about the teams not about the individual players, but in this entitled generation, all of the ignorant ******** think it's all about themselves.

The ONLY reason this is becoming a "trend" is because Owners, GM's, and Coaches ALLOW it to become a trend. If the owners would stand up to the players and start declaring their actions detrimental to the team, taking their guaranteed money, signing bonus money, and make them sit for the entire year, you can guarantee that these actions would stop. This is a copy cat league, every time one player does something and gets away with it 10 more try it. The owners have all of the power here they just don't have the balls to enforce it.
