Is Shamarko Thomas really any good?

Now that Brady's suspension has been overturned and he's going to play, it sure looks pretty bleak for the men in Black & Gold. Better man up and get ready.

All we really seem to have an eye for talent are WR but we need Colbert and his staff to find defensive players that are above solid in doing their jobs on our defense for us to have a legit shot at advancing in the playoffs. It is a sad state of affairs on our defense right now. I hope Lake can work his magic and I hope tomlin allows lake to play the best 11 no matter if they are rookies, rookie undrafted or whatever. Just get the best 11 on the field at the same time. I was hoping we would bring in Tim Jennings (cb) he would have been an instant instant upgrade over Blake at right corner. I am still optomistic but JJ has bust all over him and Shamarko looks utterly lost out there.....we shall see soon because the bullets will be flying live soon enough.

Who is our best draft pick on defense in the past four drafts? 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012.

Man, I don't know! You could make a case for J. Jones, V WIlliams, or Spence...and that is the problem. On Potential its Shazier all the way.

It's scary thinking about Brady lining up with robo tight end against Thomas. I hope the guy can pull his *** out of the fire that they plan to light under him. That's what footballs about but the last time Brady and robo faced Thomas it was embrassing. I feel bad for him.. Football has changed tight ends bigger faster better receivers same with wide outs and we expect Thomas to defend them.... I wish him the best
 
Gronk is going to kill these safeties. Especially with that Shamarko-Polo game he's playing while trying to cover the deep half...
 
Not sure we know about any player on defense after this pre season. Not sure the coaches have anything to go on after this preseason.

Troy was the starting SS on the 27th pass defense last year. I don't think he would help.
 
Just kidding. We might need Bobby Boucher back there the way we are playing.
 
WIld looks better than Thomas.
