Is he really all that much better than Rosen? Would he be that much better than Rosen in Kingsbury's offense? The Cards have needs all across the defense, yet most mocks I see have them taking Murray with the first pick.

I would be more likely to take one of the top defenders in this draft and roll with Rosen, who should be better in the new offense.

TAKE the best defensive player. The impact differential from Murry to Rosen is way less than the impact of the best defensive player taken as they NEED "D" help.

Salute the nation

And allowing Bush to fall

If the Cards don't draft him, it could start spark some interest for QB desperate teams to trade up...

If the Cards are smart and they don't want Murray then trading back is the best thing to do. They could get tons of picks and revamp their entire defense.

Personally, I think Murray's legs are the "it factor" that teams are enamored with...

He can throw on the run as well with accuracy.

Small version of Mahomes - soooo, yes, he's probably better.

If Murray isn't there guy, there can't be much trust between Rosen and the organization. There have been so many rumors out there and Arizona and Klingsbury hasn't exactly denied them.

Murray will be #1.....Better fit with their coach and scheme...

they should take Bosa or Williams to improve that lousy DL

Their OL needs help as well, Rosen was on his back a lot last year. They could probably trade back and still get Murray.

.

I think all things considered... Murray will be #1.

AZ has done a whole new promo package for the upcoming year... and Rosen is completely absent from it.

This is what I really expect to happen. Don't be surprised if the Raiders trade places with the Cardinals and throw in the late first round draft pick to get Murray. I think Gruden is not that thrilled with Carr and wants his own QB. But maybe the one he really wants will be there when he picks at 4. Could be a very interesting draft with lots of trading up and down in the first round.

A few of the NFL guys I've heard this week are pretty sure the Cards are taking him and will trade Rosen

Steelers gonna send all this year's picks, plus next season's 1st and 2nd, to get Arizona's #1 overall pick, and take Murray. Then have him become a wr2

Just read a article cards are not taking Murray now. Their fan base has not had a warm reception to them taking him and are going a different direction now

Who has a lot of faith in those Big 12 defenses?

Who thinks Murray, who's under 200 pounds can take NFL hits?

How many QB really make it under 6 feet tall? Murray is 5'10" tall. Not only that but Murray has extremely short ( 28 1/2 " ) arms, meaning it might be harder for him to throw over the offensive line and clear defensive lineman in the NFL.

Lots of questions here and Murray did not start a lot of games.

Is he a good passer with good ability to run I think so, but he's not worth the #1 overall pick in my view and will require a smart OC to tailor the offense to what he does well. Will Arizona take him? I think they would be wiser to trade down if they can get enough value.

Murray’s too short and his head is too small

You might be right for a change. At the very least you 50% right, but I think his head is too big, metaphorically speaking.

Do you think he will be a good NFL player?

Just like every young qb, he might have a couple of good games....until Defensive coordinators get some film on him.

I don't like Murray and have said so from the start. I'm shocked he's 5' 10". He looks 5'8". He had a great OL and WRs. Most of the time the WRs were wide open and he had all day to throw. He is fast but in the NFL everyone is fast. He'll probably have a good first year or a few good games then teams are going to adjust to him. I wouldn't draft him but teams are always enamored with running QBs that are going to "revolutionize" the position.
