What i find amazing is people here still try to have discussions with him or still try to win debates with him and waste their time gathering all sorts of information and data to post here in some sort of deluded attempt to try and make him see the light.
At this point I dont even fault Floggy. He is the master. He snaps his fingers and all the mutts come running. What doesn't everyone understand? The only reasonable thing to do is ignore him. Have an ounce of will power and don't give him any of your energy. Will that happen? No. People will continue to take the Floggy bait. They can't help it. And with every reply in earnest, trying to have an honest discussion with him, Floggy wins.
I might agree except that Floggy has been around longer than AI.
He might be my cousin Ed though.

Given there are really only two non-conservative participants on this forum and one of those is absent on hissy fits most of the time, I prefer Trog to stay so it doesn't just become a conservative echo chamber. If there is going to be an anti-trolling policy are you going to be happy for it to be applied to those who post factually incorrect memes supporting conservative talking points, and who respond "I don't care, I thought it was funny" when the factual inaccuracies are pointed out?

He was right. Afghanistan and Iraq were mistakes with no clear solution possible. Iran has a far better chance of a feasible government based on history.

I think we expected Iran to roll over which didn't happen. They also seem to be pretty organized after we supposedly wiped out their leadership. I'm certainly not against regime change over there, but i feel like it's not going to happen quickly or smoothly. It doesn't seem they had any plans as to who exactly was going to run the country. I'm guessing with the Intel they had a very narrow window to act or risk losing the chance of the leaders being in the same place again. Without other countries helping more i see us being stuck in an expensive drawn out conflict
