The Steelers improved upon their disjointed play against the Browns. The Vikings loss of Sam Bradford certainly helped the defense contain the Vikings offense, but the biggest improvement came from the offense and players not named Ben Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown. It was a big test for the offensive line as […]

I can't tell you how much I'd love that score prediction to be accurate.

I also think we blow them out, but our history of playing down to the competition scares me.

I keep forgetting that Wheaton plays for da Bears

I have a hard time imagining us cracking 20 points, given our history in these situations. I agree with the prediction on paper, and the article is very well written and thought out and much appreciated. But damn I just can't get my hopes up for the Steelers doing what they "should" do. 13-9 Steelers

I read an article that the Steelers are 1-11 against the Bears in Chicago. Didn't believe it but looked it up:

Most of those game happened before the guys playing on Sunday were born. We are 1-1 since 1995.

I still think it will be close. Their D isn't horrible they are cover capable and run capable. I think where the big lopsided comparison falls between their O and our D. That should for the third game in a row be the difference maker. With the O doing just enough to get the win. Like many of yinz I hope for a blowout win. But will be happy with a win no matter how it comes our way.

These games worry me more than games that should be a toss up or we are underdogs. You know the Bears are hungry for a win and their fans should be pretty rabid to see it happen. Plus we have that tendency to lose a game or two early in the season when we overlook the lesser opponent especially when on the road. Miami from last year comes to mind.

Hoping for the best but wouldn't be surprised if its one of those familiar frustrating as hell games to watch that can send one outside to cut the grass before its over.

These games scare me. Always seems like road Ben really sucks compared to at home Ben. I really hope I'm wrong, but I'll take a win style points don't count in the NFL , thank God.

This would be our sixth straight road win, keep the streak alive !
